Liz's journey into real estate began with a BA Degree from Marymount University in Washington, DC. She started her career in customer service at a small environmental company, where she quickly advanced to an outside sales position. Following a transfer to California, she continued her career with a large chemical engineering firm, where she met and married her husband, Joe. They have been residents of San Ramon for over 30 years.

Their daughters, Madeline and Olivia, attended San Ramon Valley's top-rated schools, where Liz was an active volunteer, serving as PTA president, Girl Scout leader, and substitute teacher. She is also an active volunteer at their church, St. Joan of Arc, and contributes her time to Loaves and Fishes food bank, St Vincent DePaul Society, The Alamo Danville Newcomers Club, Danville and San Ramon Library Foundations, and the Danville Chamber of Commerce.
